Sorry it has taken so long for me to write but I wanted to thank you and Danny for all your hard work/effort in the purchase of my BMW 335i.
First, let me tell you that the reason the BMW slogan is "BMW is the ultimate driving machine" is because IT IS THE ULTIMATE DRIVING MACHINE! This is the nicest car I ever owned and I am loving the drive around Atlanta, even makes the traffic jam not seem so bad.
You both showed me a tremendous amount of respect, knowledge and courtesy which has continued even after the sale. You were very conscientious of my crazy schedule and limited time.

I test drove an X5 and X3 on Saturday with Heather Thompson. We talked on the phone Monday, I made an offer and she got very close to it. So I leased the red X3 that was on teh floor on Monday night. Heather was absolutely wonderful. She picked me up this morning, so I could get my Volvo, that I will either turn in or may have found a wholesaler who will buy it from me for about 3k more than I could have gotten on a trade. He was a client who only wants used Volvo's.
Heather is great! It was a great buying experience with her.
Over the weekend I was checking out prices, when I saw the Kelly Blue book thing which let you e-mail 3 different dealers for quotes. I ended up coming back to Heather for her great personality.
She was great to work with, and went the extra mile, by driving me over to get my other car. She also laid out the numbers two different ways so I could see I was better not trading my Volvo, and either turning it in and paying the milage or trying to sell it myself.

When I purchased my 330i in July last year I thought you and Global Imports staff were wonderful. However, after going to another Atlanta area BMW dealership and comparing their service to yours there is no question...YOU ARE THE BEST!!! I had to tell every other surgeon in my practice as well as my immediate family the story. The short version is that my issues were minimized and I was made to feel like I didn't know my own car at another dealerhship however, at Global my issues were legitimized and I was congratulated for bringing them to the attention fo the Service Department. Additionally, my car was washed while I waited and the oil topped off at no charge.
In the service industry so many people forget about the impact of good Customer Service. It's good to know that it is practiced at Global Imports. I will be a BMW owner for life and Global will always be me and my family's dealership.
