All Certified Pre-Owned BMW vehicles go through a 200 point inspection to make sure they can be a dependable mode of transport in Atlanta. During this inspection, trained and knowledgeable technicians will examine the vehicle's background, the overall condition of the body, wheel assembly and mechanical functions.

Before the BMW vehicle can be certified, it must be taken for a road test that will examine important functions such as airbags, door locks, seat heaters and the overall feel of the vehicle when driven.

In addition to the 200 points that the vehicle must pass on the inspection, a BMW vehicle must have been driven for no more than 60,000 miles. In order to qualify as a Certified Pre-Owned BMW, the vehicle must also have been driven for at least 300 miles. Making sure that the vehicle is up to date in its maintenance history is also a key component to becoming certified.
