If you decide that the 2023 BMW 5 Series is the proper sedan for you, you will have four powertrains to choose from across the trims. The lower trims are available with a 248-horsepower, four-cylinder, 2.0-liter turbocharged system or a 355-horsepower, V6, 3.0-liter turbocharged engine. The other two engines available for the 2023 5 Series are a 4.4-liter, V8, 523-horsepower system and a PHEV with a turbo 2.0-liter engine that produces 288 combined horsepower. The 2023 BMW 7 Series is offered two engine possibilities. These include an I-6, turbo 3.0-liter, 375-horsepower option, and a 4.4-liter turbo, V8 unit that produces 536 horsepower.

Appearance

The 5 Series has an aerodynamic profile with expansive curves from front to rear and a pair of side accents running horizontally. Across the front of the 5 Series, you will find wide headlights dressed up with a pair of L-style LED ribbons. In addition, the front has a long, two-part grille and aggressive air vents on the lower fascia. The 7 Series, on the other hand, has deep-set air vents and slanted, modern LED headlights. A tall grille crosses most of the front end from top to bottom. In addition, the 7 Series has a flat hood and powerful accents across the sides.

Features
