There is one powertrain available for the 2023 X1. This turbo 2.0-liter, four-cylinder, 241-horsepower unit is paired with an auto dual-clutch, seven-speed transmission, and all-wheel drive. You can add the M Sport equipment to the X1 to benefit from paddle shifters on the steering wheel and adaptive dampers. On the other hand, two powertrains are offered with the X2. The lower trims receive 248 horsepower from their turbocharged 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine. This combines with rear-wheel drive and an eight-speed automatic transmission. The top X3 trim receives 382 horsepower from a mild-hybrid, 3.0-liter, V6 system. This trim also has an automatic eight-speed transmission and all-wheel drive.

Appearance

The 2023 X1 and the X3 have a few shared details on the exterior. For example, they both come with a kidney grille with vertical bars and prominent definitions on the side doors. Tall dimensions also define the X1 through its roof and hood. Below the grille on the front end, a chrome bar curves outward toward the large air vents. In addition, the triangle-like headlights have a pair of hook-style LED ribbons. The larger X3 has C-shaped LED ribbons in its headlights, and the air vents are smaller. In addition, the sides have two accent lines and a fender-oriented air intake vent.

Features

You will find an extensive range of high-end features in both the X1 and X3. In fact, they both are available with hands-free driving, a wireless charging pad, a 360-degree camera, heated front seats, augmented reality for navigation equipment, a heated steering wheel, parking sensors at the front and rear, and auto braking.
