At Amelia Island Concours d ’Elegance, the BMW M2 was awarded AUTOMOBILE Magazine’s All-Stars award. The newest BMW M model was selected as a 2017 All-Star winner for its driving dynamics and agility.
After extensive road tests on the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, judges praised the BMW M2 for its precise steering and robust engine. BMW M GmbH engineers wanted to give sporty drivers who like to push the limits on the track something to work with. So, the BMW M2 comes with the latest generation of M TwinPower Turbo technology, which includes an engine that delivers 365 horsepower at 6,500 rpm, maximum revs of 7,000 rpm and peak torque of 369 pound-feet from 1,450 – 4,750 rpm (overboost).
The first-ever BMW M2 has four decades of high performance in its DNA, with a perfectly tuned chassis and precise steering response with a high power-to-weight ratio. It’s no wonder the BMW M2 is the ultimate driving machine.
