When your brand has the tagline, “The Ultimate Driving Machine,” one would expect a car to be quite a joy to drive. But what if it’s a car that was previously known for its impressive handling, and now boasts more driving aids than you can shake a stick at? If that’s your worry about the new 2017 BMW 5 Series, Kelley Blue Book says there’s no reason to worry.

That’s because that while the 5 Series offers features such as automatic parking, gesture control, and selectable driving modes, the real meat and potatoes of the car—its handling prowess—have remain untouched. In fact, BMW has employed two all-new TwinPower Turbo engines with more horses than the outgoing units. It will launch in two trims, divided by engine choice: the 530i and the 540i.

The 2017 model year lineup is now available at our BMW dealership in Atlanta, GA. For more information on them, take a look at our online inventory feature, and then contact our sales team by phone or live chat to schedule a test drive.
